CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. We have designed our program to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
The Hortons' Summertime is coming to an end. I can't speak for the rest of us, but I can honestly say that this is one of the best Summers we have ever had as a family. We were able to spend a lot of time with my brother John and his sons, and Tams brother Joey and his kids. We all worked out together, played together. I am very lucky to have family like this. I feel fortunate beyond words. We had a great time this summer and we all thought it would be cool to show you guys what we have been up to the past four weeks. Enjoy!
