skill/strength- dynamic pushups 5,5,5,5,5 superset with, benchpress with bandell bar 5,5,5,5,5
wod- kettlebell swings x30, 5 rounds, 1min rest between rounds
cooldown- airdyn x row, 1 min each, me, no rest allowed
