skill/strength- sled push/pull @400m, hvy
wod- partner sled push/pull @1600m, medium
cooldown- medball pass

partner sled push/pull- when pusher/puller stops for rest all partners must perform pushups x3, crunches x6, airsquats x9, before restarting.
